Pros: Great location if you are in NYC. Delivery was good.

Cons: Salesman annoyingly made comment that my Tempurpedic cost more than his entire community college education. Also gave me sob story about how long his commute is.

Great location. Annoying salespeople. You get their life stories and their commentary on, er criticisms, of your lifestyle.
