Pros: Friendly and knowledgeable customer service. Not pushy.

Cons: Difficult to compare the model we liked to the same model sold at other stores. We think we got a good deal, but difficult to know for sure.

I went into this store with zero knowledge of beds. The salesperson who helped us was very knowledgeable, helpful, and didn't try to push the uber expensive beds on us. He was patient, and let us try a bunch of different types of beds to compare (even the most expensive ones, which I couldn't tell a difference). Overall, was a very pleasant and informative experience.
