Pros: Atmosphere was ok. Near my home.
Cons: Some mattresses were stained; and the manager of the store was rude and would not provide me with the price of the mattress I was interested in! What ever happened to the customer is always right???
Recently, I sent to visit MattressFIRM in Royal Palm Beach, FL 33411 and I must have spent about 1 hour in there looking at mattresses. The manager at first seemed to care, but when it came to wanting the know prices; he absolutely refused to give us a price until we returned. He said, "that's the way I do business." All I simply wanted to know was the price of 2 different latex mattresses to compare prices and to make sure I knew how much money to bring if I planned on making a purchase. He flat out did not want to provide the price and chuckled, "whatever..." when we finally left the store.
