Pros: Location, price, ability to explain different mattress types, negotiability
Cons: None
The store is conveniently located in the heart of Dupont Circle, close to downtown Washington, DC. The staff were knowledgeable, genuinely interested in my needs, and they were willing to negotiate on price.

Pros: Knew they'd have a variety of all the basic mattresses and brands.
Cons: Didn't really check out the whole store enough to be able to say
Perfectly good store, has the basics and they were informed as much as a non-mattress expert could hope.
