Pros: firm, good edge control, very little transfer of movement across mattress, just enough plushness
Cons: little to offer here
We have been happy with the Simmons desigh which offers an overall firm feel and good edge support with some plushness to offer comfort

Pros: Comfortable in a general, "normal" way - not too firm and not too soft. Was able to accommodate my husband's and my very different sleeping preferences (back vs. stomach; comfy vs. not too soft)
Cons: Bottom side is not finished for use! What a waste - if you want to rotate your mattress, you are stuck to just turning it around 180 degrees. After less than 5 years, the wells where we sleep became large.
A good mattress for someone looking for something not too firm and not too soft
